On Site Massage

This is a 20 minute, non-invasive massage that is given through the clothes to a client who is seated. It’s based on a traditional Japanese massage called ANMA which means ‘press and rub’. The Benefits: It promotes well-being. It unravels tense, aching muscles. It stretches cramped tendons and ligaments. It relieves minor aches and pains. It smoothes and balances the nervous system. It improves circulation. It’s an immediate stress buster! It leaves you in a state of ‘alert relaxation’. An ideal body ‘tune up’! After any Holistic treatment a ‘Healing Crisis’ may occur - to limit the effects of this always drink plenty of water and rest if necessary.
