An initial consultation is necessary for our Aromatherapist to design and blend the exact oils to suit individual requirements. Treatment may include massage, inhalation or home use, on a compress or in a bath.

If you suffer from High Blood Pressure, Epilepsy or are pregnant always consult an Aromatherapist before using Essential Oils.

After any Holistic Treatment a Healing Crisis may occur - to limit the effects of this always drink plenty of water and rest if necessary.
